Bible School Set for

Reynolds Memorial Baptist

Vacation Bible School will be held at Reynolds Memorial Baptist C-hurch, Sperryville from Wednesday, June 14 through Wednesday, June 21. The school hours are from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. A parent’s night program will be held at 8 p.m. the closing day of the Bible School.

Jaycee Auction

Plans for the public auction sponsored by the Rappahannock Jaycee Chapter which will be held at Sperryville School grounds Saturday, June 17 are well established, and items for sale are arriving each day. However, more sale able articles are wanted for the sale which will be conducted on a 50-50 basis for the donor and Jaycees. Jim Willis, speaking for the group, stressed the fact that no item is too large or too small for the sale and that there can’t be too many. With the efficient service of Auctioneer John Walker Jenkins of Sperryville a successful sale is assured. This is an excellent opportunity to turn useable items which you no longer need into cash, and at the same time clean up your storage space. The Jaycees offer pick up service for your sale items.
