The piano pupils of Mrs. Paul A. Nichols were presented in recital on Saturday evening, June 3rd at her home in Flint Hill, Virginia.

Eldon Farms, Woodville, Vir ginia, announce the purchase of the entire Angus cattle herd of Andelot, Inc., Boyds, Maryland.
The Andelot herd consists of: 196 cows with calves at side. One of the oldest and best herds in Maryland, the herd has been on commercial performance testing for many years. In addition to the Andelot herd, Eldon Farms also re:ently completed the purchase of 103 cows and calves from Eugene Roberts of Gleen Dale Mary land. “These two purchases are part of our program to constantly improve the quality of our cattle and to bring to Virginia one of the best Angus herds in the country,* said William N. Lane, owner of Eldon Farms. The farm’s Rappahannock Feeder Calves, already established as being one of the best stocks in the East, are expected to benefit from the recent purchases. Eicon Farms ns a leading producer of commercial Annus cattle. The herd consists if over 1,500 cows, and induces ICO bulls, all regisered and selected from some >f the best nerds in the East, such as the Zeuswyr and Bran :y Rock of Culpeper County.
