Marsh, Jr., United States Representative from the Seventh District of Virginia, was honored last night at a reception in the Nation’s Capital during which he was presented the Distinguished Service Award by the Board of Trustees of the non-partisan Americans for Constitutional Action. AC.A’s Distinguished Service Award is bestowed every two years upon those legislators whose voting records in the Congress of the United States support legislation which serve to strengthen and defend the spirit and principles of the Constitution of the United States.
