Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Floyd B. Hitt to Janies W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated July 11, 1966, granting unto said trustee, one 1963 Chevrolet truck. Serial No. H3C623B125827. and one 1963 Chevrolet truck. Serial No. 3C633B126183, to secure the payment of a note therein described, default having been made in the payment of said note and at the request of the legal holder of the note therein described, the debt and the obligation having been declared to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, will offer for sale and sell at public adction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Monday, June 12, 1967, at 9:00 A.M., the trucks herein described.
