At 10:00 O’Clock A. M. the following described real estate: All that certain tract or parcel of land located in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia about Vt mile West of the corporate limits of the Town of Washington, on the East side of U.S. 211, containing C.53 acres, more or less; and being the same real estate conveyed to the aforesaid E. M. Richards, deceased, by deed from Leona L. Kendall by deed dated August 4, 1944, and recorded August 5, 1944 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 45, page 116, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars, and description of the land herein advertised.

DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE: Located upon said lot is a 7-room house with bath, full basement, General Motors Oil Furnace (in new condition), gas stove and gas refrigerator. Certificate #20— 53 Shares The principal assets of which corporation are the land, plant and equipment leased by the Washington Apple Growers Association. TERMS OF SALE: Ten per cent (10%) of the total purchase price for said real estate will be paid in Escrow on the day of sale and the balance thereof shall be paid on or before March 14, 1968, or one year after date of decedent’s death.
