After completing both phases of the program, students are eligible to take the State Board examinations to become licensed practical nurses.
There is no tuition charge, but students are required to purchase prescribed uniforms and books. During the hospital phase in Charlottesville, students receive a stipend which covers room and board. Interested persons between the ages of seventeen and fifty are eligible to apply immediately through Mrs. Frankie S.
