A female bear and her two cubs were cited in The Plains area Monday along Route 628 and on Route 55. One of the little ones finally was struck and killed by a motorist. According to a Fauquier game warden, this is probably the same trio of bears which were seen in the Culpeper and Amissville areas earlier this season.
