AUBREY H. KEYSER, Rappahannock County farmer, was elected general chairman of the McGovern campaign committee for the county at an organizational meeting Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Harris at Huntly.
The gathering of Democratic supporters was called by Harris as local coordinator for the McGovern - Shriver campaign, which is being directed on a statewide basis by the Democratic State Committee headed by Joseph Fitzpatrick of Richmond.
At the Sunday gathering, in addition to Keyser as general campaign chairman, the group named Edward H. Bailey, Washington contractor, as treasurer, and Mrs. Patricia Plotnick of Amissville as secretary. George Graham, a teacher at Rappahannock
