RLEP meets Friday
EVERYONE IS INVITED, whether members or not, to the annual meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection to be held Friday, September 15, at 8 p.m. at the Rappahannock County courthouse.
“All who are interested in preserving the environment of our beautiful area will find people of like interest in the League,” said Philip Irwin, R.L.E.P. president, “and this meeting being the only regular full membership meeting of the year would be the opportunity to meet them.”
Peter Borelli, Eastern Representative of the Sierra Club and Dr. V. E. McKelvey, director of the U.S. Geological Survey, will be the featured speakers. Committee reports and election of officers will complete the meeting.' □
