James Rodney Hollis, a 23year-old white male, was apprehended Monday night near Viewtown as a fugitive from Delaware. Information from that state led Troopers C. F. Gregory and J. A. Watson to the Viewtown area where Hollis was taken into custody.
HOLLIS was charged as a fugitive and is wanted in Wilmington for larceny of checks and second degree forgery. Investigation continues with regard to similar charges in Virginia and in Baltimore.
Hollis was incarcerated in Rappahannock County iail Monday night and transferred to Fauquier Jail Tuesday. He is being held on $5000 bond. U
