Where does Ray Dilley get that “sometime Rappahannock resident” bit? We have been full-time tax-paying, voting, auto-licensing, principally-domiciled Rappahannock residents since 1967, a matter of eight years. *
Except for the “Fitzpatrick” in the lead graf, the story struck me as otherwise okay.
