BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a Public Hearing on August 7, 1975 at 10:00 A.M. in the Courthouse Building in Washington, Virginia to consider the proposed subdivision of the J.L. Williams estate land. T.C. Lea Jr., Attorney for the estate has made application for (1) Zoning Ordinance amendment to rezone designated area from A-l (agriculture) to RS-1 (residential subdivision) as per Article 17-2 and (2) exception to Subdivision Ordinance minimum lot sizes prescribed for the designated ar®a as Per Section 9-1. The proposed subdivision is located in Hampton Magisterial District approximately 2 miles south of Washington, Va. facing on Rts. 621, 626 and 668. Details of the proposed subdivision are available in the County Zoning Office.
Interested citizens are invited to participate in this hearing.
