I presume this to mean that the County did not want any applicant to spend the thousands of dollars that such a plan would necessitate without the assurance that a Special Use Fermit would follow. My sole purpose at the hearings was to delineate and describe the areas on a map which we had prepared to show the exact areas, and the acreage thereof, that were going to be used for the recreational vehicles. By taking this stand I was accused of trying to conceal what I was about, which is not the case. My intended use of the entire parcel and the facilities on it are not a secret, but I feel that many of the questions concerning the property were irrelevant to the hearing. Likewise, I did not feel that the By-Laws of the Owners’ Association and other pertinent papers were a proper part of the Special Use Request, although I have no objections to anyone in the County going through my file to read the proposed By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and other pertinent organizational papers.
