The property has a prior use as a recreational resort under Article 7 of the Zoning Ordinance and therefore any of the other recreational uses contemplated (swimming, tennis, horseback riding) are permissible, in my opinion. In fact, I have serious doubts whether a Special Use Permit to have recreational vehicles on the property is even required under this Article. Furthermore, I believe that there are other aspects of the Zoning Ordinance which would also negate the necessity for a permit. However, 1 have no intention of becoming involved in any confrontation concerning these vehicles, and have made it a condition in our contract with the present owners that this matter be resolved favorably. And I wish to reiterate what I have said several times before, that I have no connection with the present owners and that I do not intend to be in the middle of any dispute concerning the property. Therefore, should the Zoning Board decide not to issue the Special Use Permit. I, personally, do not intend to press further for its
