Europe. As a resident of New York City he began to feel that today’s cities were too crowded to sustain the kind of life style that he desired. It was in the search for a more compatible environment that he came to Rappahannock County to concentrate upon his craft of cabinet making. His work has been reviewed by a host of newspapers including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The New York Post and the New York Daily News. In addition to serving as Mayor of Washington, Va., he is magistrate for the 20th judicial district of Virginia.
