Bids to soybean producers at southeastern Virginia points ranged 11 to 27 cents lower at $5 to $5.56 and Richmond $5.31 to $5.41. South Carolina’s Piedmont area new crop price was $5.02, central area $5.28 and coastal $5.35. Louisville, Ky., ranged 2 cents lower to 8 cents higher at $5.40 to $5.50.
