Boy arrested
for murder
An arrest has been made in the murder July 31 of Jennings Stuart Webb, age 9, of Amissville. A 12-year-old Arlington youth, Webb’s cousin, has been charged with the slaying. After a hearing in Culpeper County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, the Arlington boy was released to the custody of his parents.
The Webb child was missing from his home just past mid-day on the 31st and was found early the following morning strangled with his belt and had sustained a fractured skull according to the Culpeper Sheriff. □
