cedure of the Commission. All those who desire to receive a copy of the pre-filed testimony and exhibits should so state in their Notices of Protest.
On or before November 5, 1975, all persons who have filed a Notice of Protest and still expect to participate at the bearing as a protestant must file and serve a Protest in conformity with the aforementioned Rules, and shall likewise Hie ten copies of all prepared testimony and exhibits of the witnesses each such person expects to offer and shall serve a copy thereof upon counsel for the Company and upon all other protestants requesting same. The Staff of the Commission, on or before November 5, 1975, also shall file and serve upon counsel for the Company and upon the protestants who so request, copies of all prepared testimony and exhibits of the witnesses it expects to offer at the bearing. All material to be tiled herein must be addressed to William C Young, Clerk, State Corporation Commission, P.0. Box 1197, Richmond, Virginia, 23209.
All interested persons desiring to attend the hearing as an intervener, or general public witness, and to make a statement in their own behalf need only appear in the Commission’s Courtroom at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 1975, and complete a noticeof-appearance form to be provided by the Commission’s Bailiff.
