I he teature ihursaay night will be a special ticket deal for the rides provided by the Old Dominion Amusement Company of Ashland. Special tickets purchased in advance may be used for unlimited rides. Tickets are not transferable. Cubs Boy Scout groups in the county are selling these tickets with proceeds being divided between them and the fire company.
Participating in the ticket sales are Troop 123, Washington under the direction of James “Buddy” Bywaters and William “Yogi” Bear; Troop 36 Flint Hill with Paul Nichols as the leader; Troop 50, Amissville with Clarence ‘’Boozie” Dodson in charge; Troop 143 Castleton directed by Gene Fisher; Troop 65 in Sperryville with Russell “Sam” Aylor as Scoutmaster; Pack 123 Washington directed by John R. Eastham. Tickets are also being sold at Washington Cash Store.
