Mrs. Harold Schilz spent last week in Richmond ^attending the annual statewide Grand Chapter meeting of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mr. Schilz is convalescing from his recent illness.
Byron Alford is home from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville for his summer vacation.
Mrs. Marian Barb recently sold her property in the Blue Ridge Mountain Estates to Mr. and Mrs. William R. deLashmutt of the Washington Metropolitan area. Following a farewell party by friends Mrs. Barb left Monday for San Francisco, Calif, where she was transferred on her job and plans to make her home. The deLashmutts are adding a deck onto their newly acquired home.
