Blankenbaker
A funeral for Mary Catherine Blankenbaker of Castleton was held Thursday (today) at 11 a.m.f at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper. The Rev. Richard Woodward of Flint Hill conducted the service. Burial was in the family section of Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Blankenbaker, 78, widow of Jesse Uriah Blankenbaker, died at Culpeper Memorial Hospital May 16,1977.
She was a native of Page County, the daughter of the late Albert A. and Sarah Bolen.
She is survived by one son, McKendrick Lee Blankenbaker of Castleton, with whom she resided.
Mrs. Blankenbaker was a member of the Luray Baptist Church.
Pallbearers were Thomas Compton, William Compton, Billie Compton, Donnie Compton, Robert Grigsby and Buddy Grigsby.
