Mrs. Ethel Haslam of Front Royal was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. lames E. From our area the picnickers on Dickey’s Ridge Sunday included: Mrs. Sherman Williams, Cindy and Glen; Mrs. Flora Rhudy; Miss Diane Williams; Kevin Ricker and Miss Robin Ricker; Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy West; Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Cahill; Mr. and Mrs. Jay Crawford and Missy; Sid Messick, and Steve North. Mrs. Shirley Shelton was a Sunday dinner guest of her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shelton, in Winchester.
Sunday visitors in the Johnny Heflin home were: Mr. and Mrs. John Heflin Sr. and Mrs. Robert Weaver, Pam and Shirley, all of Warrenton; Mrs. Caroline Showers and April of Front Royal; Mrs. Lonnie Williams; Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Atkins, Benjy, Ricky, Mike, and Donna; Michael Ray and Kelly Jo Williams; and April and Dina Bird Williams.
Miss Terry Leake and Ricky Bywaters visited her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Woodson Leake in Sperryville Sunday.
April Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Williams, spent from Friday until Sunday with her grandmother, Mrs. Daniel Mahoney, and Mr. Mahoney in Front Royal. Rhonda Williams was a Saturday overnight guest, and the girls were joined by their parents for Sunday dinner with the Mahoneys.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel (Dicky) Williams had as visitors the past weekend Mrs. Elizabeth Ritenour, Mrs. Marie Henry, Mrs. Mary Jane Campbell, and Mrs. Wanda Davis, all ol Front Royal.
