Rappahannock News Correspondent The Administrative Board of Willis Chapel United Methodist Church will meet Friday evening, August 26, at 7:30, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Williams in Front Royal.

Charles Elkins passed away Tuesday, August 16, at age 73 years. Attending the funeral Friday in Warrenton were: Bob Elkins, Mrs. George Partlowe, Mrs. Helen Henry, Mrs. Marrlee Brown, Mrs. Laura Fidler, Mrs. Betty Jenkins, Mrs. Doris Smith, Mrs. Louise Mills, Mrs. Barbara Costello, Mrs. Edna Scott, Earl Williams, and Mrs. Ann Chadwell. In recent months Mrs. Elkins had been a frequent visitor in the home of his sister, Mrs. Laura Fidler.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Elkins of Hanover, Md., spent a few days with Mrs. Laura Fidler recently.

The Sperryville Bridge Club met Friday night at the home of Mrs. Dale Metzinger.

Guests were Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. I. O. Wolf, Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. Charles H. Estes, Mrs. Hugh Chrisman, Mrs. Roy L. Reeve, Mrs. W. H. Lyne, Mrs. C. E. Johnson Jr. and Mrs. R. E. Thompsen.

Prize winners were Mrs. Quaintance, Mrs. Tabler, Mrs. Kilbv and Mrs. Reeve.
