I realize that you have the degression to move her, and any other teacher any place you wish ... All of the teahcers are now more than ever aware of this. Susan Henry or Corrinna Fountain probably wonder if they will be next ... They are competent. I thought that teachers in the school system were placed as nearly as possible in the area they enjoyed teaching and new teachers coming into the sytem were then placed, where other openings were.
I suppose you do not have to give a reason for your action, but I wonder what it is—Surely not just blind protection of another administrator and State procedure. Teachers also need protection—and who suffers most—those children of course.
