Mr. and Mrs. Edward Goranson returned Saturday from a 10-day vacation in the f New England States. They visited Mr. Goranson’s sister, Mrs. Frank Merrill and daughters in Lancaster, Pa., spent three days in his home town of Winthrop, Mass where they attended his 30th class reunion. Other states and places visited included Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Lake George, N.Y.
Mr. and Mrs. Ofa Jones of. Scott Depot, W. Va., spent Tuesday and Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Lovel Walker.
In celebration of their 34th wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Atkins, accompanied by daughter, Donna Atkins, were dinner guests of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Heflin. Miss Norma Jean Williams spent the weekend in Front Royal, the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Elliott. Samuel “Dicky” Williams is reported making progress healthwise at home.
