More than 300 civic leaders, public officials and media executives from 18 northern Virginia counties and the cities of Alexandria and Fredericksburg will meet Sept. 15 in Front Royal to launch a $6 million fund drive to build a 4-H educational center five miles south of the town.
Samuel Jones, Jr., executive vice president of The Commercial and Savings Bank of Winchester, who also serves as president of the nonprofit Center organization, will be master of ceremonies for the kick-off dinner.
