After spending several days with her mother, Mrs. Franklin Cain, and visiting her father in Warren Memorial Hospital, Mrs. George Griffith left for her home in Chester Monday evening when Mr. Griffith came for her. Mr. Cain came home Tuesday after twelve days’ stay in the hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Randy Moline, Robby and Carol Ann, of Manassas, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bane.
Following 15 days in 1 Winchester Memorial Hospital, Mrs. Howard Cheney returned home Tuesday to convalesce.
Representing the Chester Gap Homemakers at the Achievement Night program in Sperryvilie Monday night were: Mrs. Maybelle Gilkey and daughter Kim, Mrs. Nora Sealock, Mrs. Tiflian Fox, Mrs. Ethel Williams, and Mrs. Bessie Parks.
Following a visit with Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Nielsen in Jonestown, Pa., Mr. and Mrs. Philip F. Moore of Cape May, N.J., are visiting her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Chastain and family. Suzy Nielsen, a frequent visitor here, suttered a broken finger on Labor Day but started school Wednesday despite the handicap of a cast and sling.
