Fanning M. Baumgardner, county engineer, has resigned as clerk of the Rappahannock Planning Commission, effective November 22.
In a letter to Planning Commission Chairman H. S. Barksdale, Baumgardner stated that “it has become increasingly difficult to give full attention to Planning Commission efforts” because of his time consuming engineering and surveying business.
