Flint Hill Boy Scout troop 36 is now taking orders for and selling citrus fruits for the holiday season, including hamlin oranges, naval oranges and pink grapefruits. Orders can be placed with any Scout or by calling John R. Eastham at 675-3257 or Paul Nichols at 675-3500.
Money raised by the troop through the fruit sales will be used for camping equipment and to pay summer camp expenses.
A Board of Review was held by Troop 36 on November 4 and the following advancements were earned:
Star Scout—David Atkins and Chris Foster. First Class Scout—Charles Sutton and Richie Burke. Tenderfoot—Bobby Baines and Joe Jenkins. New Scout—Aaron Schumaker.
