Keyser
Funeral services for Leslie Fox Keyser, 86, of Front Royal were conducted Sunday at the Front Royal United Methodist Church by the Rev. Laughton L. Corr. Burial followed in the Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Royal.
Mrs. Keyser died Thursday, Nov. 17,1977, in Warren Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Browntown on Oct. 16, 1891. Married to Joseph W. Keyser, she was a daughter of the Rev. La Fayette Fox and Catherine V. Stonebumer.
Mrs. Keyser began teaching in the Warren County school system and served as elementary supervisor in Rappahannock and Warren counties. She was a member of the Front Royal United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School, and served in many other church and civic organizations.
Survivors include a brother, Rowland Fox, of Front Royal and several nieces and nephews.
