Roasted turkey ranks higher in protein than any of the other farm produced meat classes. Turkey breast meat ranks the' highest in protein, and lowest in calorie content and lowest in cholesterol of all popular meats. Turkey meat is rich in riboflavin, niacin, and other vitamins. For these reasons, turkey meat is also widely used in menus where special diets are required, such as heart patients, diabetics, and overweight people.
