When questioned on Tuesday, Dr. Bloomer said that Tilman had not yet been formally hired by the board. His visit on Tuesday was for orientation purposes only, according to the superintendent.
Before any action is taken, said Bloomer, the board must determine (1) if Tilman will accept the evaluation job, (2) when he will be available and (3) what his actual fees will be.
Bloomer said he anticipated that the board would discuss the matter further at its next regular meeting, scheduled for April 10.

FBLA Regionals
Pat Kendall, a senior at Rappahannock County High School, will join 16 other students- from Piedmont Technical Education Center in/ the Future Business Leaders of America regional competition next week.
As the winner of school competition, Pat will represent the Piedmont chapter of FBLA in the clerktypist event at James Madison University on March 31.
