Saturday they attended a 25th wedding anniversary celebration at Smith Mountain Lake given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. John G. Cargill, Jr. Monday evening they all attended a banquet in Bedford where The Eagle Scout Court presented Jamie Cargill and two other boys awards for Eagle Scouts. Mrs. Spalding and Mrs. Lea returned to the Williams home in Amhearst and were Tuesday overnight guests. Robert L. Massie of Richmond spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Spalding.
