Mrs. Frances Tabler was honored with a surprise birthday party, Oct. 27 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marcey of Falls Church, with Mr. and Mrs. James loweu of Arlington and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Yowell of Willow Grave, Pa. as cohosts.
