“We hope to establish a presence in the state,” said Clark, who is also a member of the board of directors for the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection.
Clark said the foundation is currently compiling an “inventory of experts,” persons available to answer questions or speak at meetings for conservation groups. He invited anyone interested in this service to contact him at the foundation, telephone (804) 7801387.
While with the Conservation Council of Virginia Foundation, Gark will be working closely with former Rappahannock News reporter Pekay Pettus who currently serves as executive director of the Conservation Council.
