The Lakewood Stove is a relatively new name in the competitive market for woodburning stoves, yet it is well established in Canada, one of the coldest regions on the continent, where it has been tested with superior rating.
One of the models, the “Lakewood Cottager’’ received the highest consumer report rating in Canada for the third heating season.
Jon will tell you that in addition to utilizing all of the most common techniques of most woodburning stoves on the US market, the Lakewood was one of the first to combine all of the current manufacturing techniques: the baffeling, the pre-heated, secondary air, the heat exchanger. as well as the airtightness.
