The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider the application of the Culpeper Farmers Cooperative of Culpeper, Virginia, to rezone Lot A of the Flat Woods Property directly behind the Rappahannock Farmers Cooperative, from Agriculture District (A-l), to Business District (B-2), at a hearing to be held in the Court House building, Washington, Virginia, on Wednesday, November 21, 1979, at 7:30 P.Art. Further information on the metes and bounds of this property, and the portion thereof sought to be rezoned is available in the Clerk's Office.

This hearing and notice are published in accordance with provisions of the 1973 Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County and Title 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
