Mrs. Edna J. Payne of Culpeper was a Saturday caller of Mr. and Mrs. George lohnston.

Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill, Mary and Linda spent the holiday with Mr. and Mrs. Pete Boyd in Madison.

Mrs. Cary Thornhill and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill were luncheon guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thornhill and family in Vienna.

Mrs. Ruth Lillard spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Marshall in Culpeper. Sunday guests of Mrs. Lillard were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Petty of Front Royal.

Last week Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan visited Mr. and Mrs. Donald Padgett and sons and Mr. and Mrs. William Hawkins in Alexandria. Mrs. Mamie Hawkins spent the time with Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Sunday the Duncans visited Mrs. Ethel Smith in Orange Nursing Home.
