PUBLICATION
The object of the suit is to effect a partition of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, described in Deed Book 40, at Page 400 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as adjoining the land of J. Hill O'Bannon, Mary Starks, Nellie Timbers, Cary Fox and also the County Highway, containing three (3) acres, more or less, and being the same land which was conveyed to Lena Jackson and Myrt Jackson, her husband, by deed dated September 27, 1945 and recorded amongst the land records of the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 40, at Page 400. This property is the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to the late Sarah J. Elkins by Harriet L. Ryan and John W. Ryan by deed recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock
