Appointments to vacancies on county boards were postponed along with tax and zoning questions by the Rappahannock supervisors at Motfdiy’i meeting as the board convened with barely a quorum.
Before leaving the December 1 session, commonwealth attorney Douglas Baumgardner noted that circuit court judge Shore Robertson had requested Hampton supervisor Clarence Baldwin to recommend a resident from his district to replace resigning Board of Zoning Appeals member Kermit Weakley.
Baumgardner explained that Robertson would follow this procedure with all BZA appointments, asking the supervisor from the district
