Woodward
Mrs. Lena Mae Woodward. 85, of Castleton, died Friday, November 28, 1980, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. David Brown. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.
A native of Rappahannock County. Mrs. Woodward was the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Coughlin Huffman and the widow of John T. Woodward Sr. She was a member of Gourdvine Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, John T. Woodward Jr., of Castleton and Roger S. Woodward of Alexandria; one brother. John Huffman of Warrenton; a foster son, Charles Bailey of Culpeper; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
