Conditional Zoning Bullock expressed concern over what he described as “the beginnings of a junk yard” on Mills’ property, noting that he’s spoken to the mechanic about the accumulation of cars “even though it’s really Col. McNear’s (zoning administrator Evan McNear’s) problem to deal with.” He proposed that action be tabled until the county adopts a conditional zoning ordinance which would permit restriction on use of the property to a garage only. “I’m not opposed to the garage...I'm really opposed to what the ordinance provides for...to opening (the one acre lot) to a dry cleaning plant.”
