The gift, the results of their effort, sixteen newly qualified, trained, and Virginia State Certified Emergency Medical Technicians in Rappahannock County, most of whom will serve with Flint Hill, Sperryville, or Amissville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squads (along with one who will also serve with the Warrenton Rescue Squad).
Individuals trained to respond to medical emergencies, to provide initial care, to alleviate suffering at the scene of accidental injury or sudden illness, trained by these two men to keep you alive and stabilized during transport to the nearest appropriate medical facility..
These two young men of whom I speak, and who I think deserve the appreciation and praise of all the citizens of this county are Kenneth R. Pullen, Box 28, Flint Hill and Frank E. Huff, Box 134, Flint Hill.
Two great guys to whom a simple "Thank you” seems too little.

Rappahannock . County should be very proud of Tim Kilby. I have through the years worked with the endowment in the photography program. The competition is extremely tough. Tbis is one of the most difficult grants in the art field to achieve. There are nationally known photographers competing as well as young photographers such as Tim. Congratulations! This is quite an accomplishment.
