Bullock said his primary concern was for the precedent created for further development in the area through the spot commercial zoning. He siad he was opposed to approval of the rezoning on principle but also wanted to see Mills achieve his final goal of legal approval for the garage operation.

Choral Concert
Sunday Night
The Rappahannock Choral Society will present its annual Christmas concert at the Washington Baptist Church on Sunday. December 21. at 8 p.m.
Selections will include “Christmas Cantata”, by Phillip Friedrich Buchner; a group of Renaissance carols; 20th century seasonal anthems and an arrangement of carols by Robert Shaw called "The Many Moods of Christmas”.
Gloria Harris will direct the chorus and Beverly Clark of Front Royal will accompany. Jo Nutter will direct a guest group called The Front Royal Madrigal Singers.
The public is invited to attend the concert which is free of charge.
