Woodland
Burns
A Fire in the Boston area burned over about 10 acres of woodland off Route 650 and firemen worked hours before bringing it under control. Gales winds fanned the blazes and hampered the efforts of Firemen and. Forester Lyt Wood. Fire companies from Culpeper and Rappahannock fought the Fires.
Apparently a power line snapped when a tree limb fell on it and started the blaze.
Revival
Revival services will be held at Gid Brown Bible Church near Washington, from March 25-27 at 7:30 each evening. The Rev. Joe Bolden from Hinton. W. Va.. will be the speaker. There will be special music; a nursery will be provided and the public is invited.
Scouts Visit
Andrews AFB
Boy Scout Troop 123 of Washington, sponsored by Trinity Episcopal Church, visited Andrews Air Force Base Saturday and Sunday. March 14 and 15. The young men stayed in the Navy barracks and were given a tour of the Naval Air facility.
