Laurie Marshall, teacher for the gifted and talented program at the elementary and high school, told the board that the question of enforcement of the drug and alcohol policy was raised by the teacher-chaperones as the result of ‘‘inconsistent decisions on enforcing the drug policy." specifically the board's recent reversal on punishment of one high school student.
