Mr. and Mrs. Buster Hitt were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Jenkins in Frederick, Md. The Hitts and Jenkins’ recently hosted a cookout for Mrs. Virginia Jenkins, a patient at Rose Hill Nursing Home in Berryville. Other guests were Mrs. Carolyn Fincham of Manassas Park, Mrs. Sam Johnson of Stafford and Austin Steinham of Maryland.
On Sunday, July 26, a 10mile Walk-a-Thon will be staged for the benefit of the building fund of the Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle where the Rev. Charles Clindinst is pastor.
