FROZEN COLESLAW 1 head of cabbage (large) 2 to 3 carrots 1 pepper 1 tsp. salt
Shred cabbage and add salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Add carrots and pepper. Let stand for Vt hour. While standing mix dressing: 1 cup vinegar V« cup water 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. celery seed Boil for 10 minutes, cool and pour over slaw. Freeze in containers. Add mayonnaise when thawed.
