in execution of a certain deed of trust dated June 16. 1978. and recorded in Deed Book 128 page 247. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, default having been made in payment of the debt secured thereby, and upon request of the noteholders, the undersigned substitute trustee shall offer for sale at public auction on the steps of the Court House of Rappahannock County, in Washington. Virginia, on Friday. July 24, 1981. at 10 00 am., the real estate together with improvements thereon, containing 4 84 acres, more or less, situate on Gay Street Washington, Rappahannock County. Virginia. Tax Map No 20 A (1), Parcels 123 and 127. a portion of Parcel 123 being outside the corporate limits of the Town of Washington, and more particularly described in the deed of trust to which reference is hereby made.
