The 75-acre parcel on which the ski lodge sits was not included in the earlier rezoning application and so still retains its commercial designation. “We have no intent to further resubdivide that » 75-acre parcel," Adamson reported.
Miller added that he thought it is in the best interests of the county to include the 75-acre commercial lot as part of the subdivision plat as it is currently in Rappski’s proposal.
With little further discussion, the planners voted unanimously to recommend to the supervisors that the subdivision plat be approved, with the notation that the road serving the lots meet criteria in the subdivision ordinance.
Alex Sharp, who will take over the new position of zoning administratorbuilding inspector in the middle of October, attended Wednesday’s planning commission session.
